This is the third day of testimony in the Bryon Smith murder trial in Little Falls. Before the proceedings began this (Wednesday) morning, officials allowed members of the media to take pictures and video in the empty courtroom.

A local nonprofit organization is looking to give a fun night out to parents who have suffered the loss of a child. From 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday) a benefit will be held at Grizzly's Wood Fired Grill in Waite Park to raise money to give parents a free night out.
