Dolsie’s Lunch Box Grille Serves Up Food in 1940’s Atmosphere [VIDEO]

ST. CLOUD - There's a new restaurant to check out in downtown St. Cloud. Dolsie's Lunch Box Grille opened its doors last week, serving a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, baked goods, and breakfast items in a 1940's atmosphere.

For owner Paul Dols, the restaurant business is a part of life. Dols has been working and managing restaurants for as long as he can remember.

"I basically was born and raised, did dishes, cooked, and all of that good stuff in the restaurant business" Dols says.

Entree prices are around $5-$8. Dols says the restaurant emphasizes quality and customer service, but also understands that speed of service is crucial for the location.

"Speed is also essential in our business here especially with downtown, down here they only have a half hour off" Dols says.
