UPDATE: Police Arrested 3 in Northeast St. Cloud Stand Off

St. Cloud police say they took three people into custody, after a stand off yesterday (Sunday) afternoon. Fifty-one-year old David Roll, 44-year-old John Nesenson, and 40-year-old Steven Poulit - all of St. Cloud - were arrested after a gun complaint was called in to police.

St. Cloud police have released more information about the explosive device that was found on Saturday. Sergeant Jason Burke says the item was consistent with a "cricket" bomb, or an explosive device made from an empty CO2 cartridge.
