Three Hurt, One Seriously, in I-94 Crash Near Freeport

Three people are hurt after a two-vehicle crash on I-94 on Friday night. The crash happened shortly after 7:30 p.m. near Freeport. A truck being driven by 45-year-old John Howieson of Verndale was traveling east on Interstate 94, west of Freeport in the left lane.

UPDATE: Rockville Man Killed During Chase with Stearns County Deputy

The State Patrol has released the name of the motorcycle driver who was killed during a chase in St. Augusta. A Stearns County Sheriff's deputy was in pursuit of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle driven by 53-year-old Jeffrey Wiener of Rockville for a traffic violation.
