Benton County Adds List Of Jail Inmates Online

FOLEY - The Benton County Sheriff's office has made it easier to see who is being held in the county jail.  They've launched a new on-line Inmate Public Information page.

You can find the information on the Benton County Sheriff's Office page on the county's website.  There you will find a list of those who are currently in custody, or those who have previously been jailed.

Information about visiting an inmate, sending mail to an inmate, and other information will be posted there.

The maintenance of the site is possible through the use of fees charged to inmates.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Department has offered this online feature for several years.
