Athletes Put Their Skills to the Test During Graniteman Triathlon [VIDEO]

 

ST. CLOUD – Around 300 athletes gathered at Lake George on Saturday morning for the annual Graniteman Triathlon.

The race is in its 11th year and attracts participants from around the U.S. and Canada. The course consisted of a 1/3 mile swim, 15 mile bike ride and 5k run.

The overall winner from the race was 44-yera-old Thad Ingersoll from St. Paul with a finishing time of 1:04:11

The next Graniteman Triathlon race will take place at Warner Lake in Clearwater on July 12th.

There will also a race at Lake Side Park in Big Lake on August 9th.
