MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - While prosecutors say Amy Senser returned to the scene of a fatal hit-and-run to see the damage, court documents show a witness saw someone younger with light hair.

Documents unsealed Tuesday show a witness saw a roughly 30-year-old driver with long, sandy blonde hair.

Senser was 45 and had brown hair at the time of the August crash that killed Anousone Phanthavong of Roseville.

His family is suing former Minnesota Vikings tight end Joe Senser and his wife, Amy.

Amy Senser faces trial April 23 for criminal vehicular homicide. Prosecutors had no comment on the unsealed documents but say they're confident they can prove their case.

Defense attorney Eric Nelson says the driver described by the witness could've been unrelated.
