The Twins were swept by the Chicago White Sox this weekend including a 7-0 loss Sunday afternoon at Target Field.  Jake Peavy threw 8 shutuout innings with 3 hits allowed to get the win.  Brian Duensing allowed 9 hits and 4 earned runs in 6 1/3 innings to take the loss and drop to 8-10.  Minnesota managed just 4 hits while the White Sox had 4 homeruns.  Minnesota is 51-63 and are 10 games back of Detroit for first place in the American League Central.

The Twins will host Boston tonight at 6:10 beginning a 3-game series, pregame on WJON at 5:40.  Righthander Scott Baker (8-6) gets the start on the mound for the Twins and knuckleballer Tim Wakefield (6-4) gets the start on the mound for the Red Sox.

Two St. Cloud youth baseball teams will be honored at tonight's Twins game.  The St. Cloud Blue Sox 10AAA team and the Waite Park 12 and under team will be honored tonight.
