ST. CLOUD -- For Francis Schellinger and Gene Jaeger seeing the World War Two Exhibit at the Stearns History Museum was like reliving a moment in time.

Both Schellinger and Jaeger are World War Two Veterans. Schellinger says seeing the display was like going home.

Schellinger was a carpenter stationed in Iceland. Jaeger was stationed in the Philippines.

Jaeger says although 70 years have passed he still dreams about it sometimes.

Both of the World War Two veterans were among 15 war veterans from the V.A. Medical Center to visit the exhibit.

The display takes an in-depth look at the challenges and successes of war through pictures and audio interviews.

It's a traveling exhibit from the Minnesota History Center in St. Paul.

It will be at the Stearns History Museum now through May 12th.
