Tech Tuesday with Matt Janzen on The Pete And Doug Show [PODCAST]

One of the missions for our show is to introduce you to new technology. Every Tech Tuesday around 11:40, you'll hear our special guests talk about the technology that is all around us and, on the horizon. It's our goal to explain the lightning fast changes in real world technology in down-to-earth language that encourages us to embrace the mysterious technology landscape.

This week our special guest was Matt Janzen, District Manager of Wireless World. Matt gave us a preview of the amazing new Samsung Galaxy S smart phone. This new gadget will be released in the next month or two and features some incredibly advanced functions, but the most fascinating is the ability to scroll without touching the screen. Matt says the device has a 'facial-lock' that will not only scroll automatically down a page when you tilt the phone, but it will know when you look away from the screen, enabling videos to pause.
