Teachers have A Lot of Interest in Pinterest [AUDIO]

ST. CLOUD – From pinning on a bulletin board to pinning online, teachers are turning to social media for classroom ideas.
Nowhere is the popular website Pinterest growing faster than among teachers. Lynda Senger is a third grade teacher a Talahi elementary. She says she’s been using the site for ideas for about a year now, after seeing her friend’s postings on Facebook.

She says she got on board because it’s difficult to find time during the day to collaborate with her co-workers.

Senger says she’s used Pinterest for motivational topics, worksheets, and posters. She says it’s been a useful tool because all of the information is free, and they’re ideas that other teachers have used and had success.
