Cold Spring Man Sentenced to 10 Years in Federal Prison
A Federal court judge has sentenced a Cold Spring man to 10-years in prison. Thirty-seven-year old Tomas Marquez pleaded guilty back in December to one count of being in possession of methamphetamine with the intent to sell, and one count of possession of a firearm by an illegal alien.
