Sealcoat Work To Cause Lane Closures On Highway 23
A main highway in central Minnesota will have traffic restrictions and lane closures as part of a preventive maintenance and seal coating project. The Minnesota Department of Transportation says crews will begin the work on Highway 23 between Richmond and the Highway 55 intersection in Paynesville tomorrow.
