The old 912 Regency Plaza building in downtown St. Cloud has a new owner, and soon will have new life. Netgain officially closed on the deal this (Wednesday) morning.

The 912 Regency Plaza is closing it's door at the end of the month. The multi-level building in downtown St. Cloud used to be the home to the Mi Famiglia Restaurante.
