ST. CLOUD - Minnesotans love their libraries. Those are the results of a groundbreaking study on our state public libraries, presented today at the St. Cloud Public Library.

Presenter Jim Skurla from the University of Minnesota Duluth says the findings of the two year-long study show nearly 70% Minnesotans value their libraries - and are willing to fund them, too.

According to the study, Minnesota libraries employ over 3,500 people and have an estimated financial impact statewide of more than $366 million dollars.
