St. Cloud Neighborhood Collects Scraps For Art Projects [AUDIO]

ST. CLOUD – The St. Cloud Recycled Art Project Shop is asking community members to donate unwanted materials that would otherwise be destined for landfill.
The Roosevelt Seberger Neighborhood Association teamed up with the St. Cloud Arts Commission to start S.C.R.A.P.S.
This art program reuses items that would normally be tossed away for educational art projects.
Association chair Dean Reller says S.C.R.A.P.S. collects unwanted materials that could be used for art projects and donates them back to the community for free.
