Mr. Twisty has been posted on the market by Premier Real Estate Services for $339,900.

Mr. Twisty is a walk up ice cream store that offers ice cream, italian ice, malts and shakes. It's located at 5821 Ridgewood Road.

The listing says the shop's gross annual income is $131,222 and the sale price includes $135,000 in equipment and inventory.

Calls to the Mr. Twisty location haven't been returned for comment.
