St. Cloud Man Arrested After Encounter With Child
ST. CLOUD -- The St. Cloud Police have arrested a St. Cloud man after receiving reports that he put his finger in a three-year-old's mouth at the library.
Sergeant Jason Burke says that Lawrence Dale Danzl, 66, is facing disorderly conduct and indecent exposure charges for lewd and lascivious behavior towards a child.
Burke says that at about 11:00 a.m. on Friday, Danzl had put his finger in a three-year-old's mouth and later asked her to come home with him.
Burke says the three-year-old was not physically hurt and there was no indecent exposure of a sexual nature.
Burke says that officers have learned that Danzl also offered money to two other young children and may have done this in the past - possibly on a city bus.
Burke says that if anyone who may have information on other incidents involving Danzl, they are urged to call the St. Cloud Police Department.
