ST. CLOUD - The mood was somber and contemplative Tuesday afternoon outside of the St. Cloud Police department.

More than 100 people, including police, fire and military personnel, bowed their heads in observance of the 11th anniversary since the attacks on September 11th, 2001.

The ceremony included speeches by St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis, Chief of Police Blair Anderson and Fire Chief Bill Mund, followed by a wreath laying, the ringing of the bell and a 21 gun salute.
