Songwriters Festival Promoting Local Music This Weekend In St. Joseph [AUDIO]
ST. JOSEPH - Local songwriters are showcasing their talents this weekend in St. Joseph. The 4th annual "Weekend of Songs: Songwriters Festival" starts tonight (Friday) and runs through Sunday at the Local Blend.
Co-founder Adam Hammer says one of the highlights is the 18-hour songwriter challenge...
Hammer says they'll be creating new songs with audience participation...
Hammer says they have both local and national musicians and songwriters planning on participating in the event.
The live music begins at 5:00 p.m. today (Friday).
