Sherburne County Fair Kicks Off on Thursday [PHOTOS]

ELK RIVER - The Sherburne County Fair kicks off for four days in Elk River starting on Thursday.

The fairgrounds are located on Joplin St NW in Elk River.

Fair gates will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Gates will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Notable events include the Jr Royalty Pageant at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, The Parade at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday The Truck and Tractor Pull at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday and the Demolition Derby at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.

There will also be ongoing medallion and scavenger hunts on the fairgrounds through the event.
