Sawatdee Building in St. Cloud Listed For Sale

ST. CLOUD - The Sawatdee Restaurant in downtown St. Cloud has been put up for sale.

The restaurant is at 800 West St. Germain Street. Coldwell Banker Commercial lists the building for sale at $499,000.

The building sale would include the upper level apartments. The property includes seating for over 150 people and is 9,388 square feet. The building is for sale, but restaurant operations will continue normally.

Sawatdee is a Minnesota Thai restaurant chain that started in the Twin Cities in 1983. They also have locations in Eden Prairie, Bloomington, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Maple Grove.

The Eden Prairie location is also listed for sale by Coldwell Banker Commercial.
