Relatives Say Woman Fatally Stabbed Was Pregnant

EDEN PRAIRIE (AP) - Family members of a 23-year-old woman fatally stabbed in Eden Prairie say she was pregnant with her third child when she was killed.

Police say the woman's 30-year-old husband fled from their home with their children, ages 3 and 4, and later turned himself in to police in St. Paul Saturday. He has not been charged.

Lt. Greg Weber says the husband was awaiting trial for a previous domestic assault.

Relatives say the victim was born in Valga, Estonia, but spent most of her life in Minnesota, growing up in Eden Prairie and Chaska.
