Potential Location Chosen for New Sartell St. Benedict’s Senior Housing

SARTELL -- Back in July we told you that CentraCare Health is building a new 100-unit senior apartment building in Sartell. Now a location may have been found.

During tonight's (Monday) city council meeting they will consider a nine acre area just off of Pincecone Road and Sentinel Court.

Planning and Community Development Director Anita Rasmussen says this is the first step to get construction going on the new senior housing building. If the plat is approved building permits for the senior facility can be brought for approval.

The senior apartment building will offer luxurious resort style living, that provides seniors with a number of amenities, including many indoor and outdoor functions. The facility would be much like the St. Benedict's Senior Community in South St. Cloud.
