Reward Offered in Burning Puppy Case in Northern Minnesota

The Humane Society of the United States is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to whoever left a puppy to die in a burning trash bin in northern Minnesota. The Humane Society announced the reward Friday. The 5-month-old husky mix was rescued Feb. 20 from a garbage dump bin on the Red Lake Indian Reservation.
