UPDATE: Teens Charged With Murder in Fatal St. Cloud House Fire

Two teenagers face murder charges after a fire erupted in a St. Cloud home last fall and killed a woman. According to the criminal complaint, 18-year-old Dustin Zablocki of St. Cloud and 19-year-old Justin Pick of Sartell were using a hot plate and butane torch to extract a highly concentrated oil from marijuana called "dab".

UPDATE: Dangerous Marijuana Wax Showing Up In Minnesota

Authorities are warning Minnesotans about the dangers of a new drug called marijuana wax, and they're blaming a manufacturing operation for a November house fire that killed a St. Cloud woman. Stearns County prosecutors on Wednesday filed third-degree murder charges against two men in the death of 85-year-old Sally Douglas.
