Osterman was a 2007 Graduate of Tech High School.
He was planning on going to college when he got out of the military next year.
This was his second tour of duty in Afghanistan. He had only been there since Thanksgiving.
Hugo says she plans to hold a memorial service for her son in St. Cloud, but those services are still pending. He’ll be buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
