T. PAUL - (AP) - The misleading claims are flying from both sides as outside groups spend millions of dollars on campaign commercials in Minnesota's 8th District congressional race. One attack claims Democrat Rick Nolan is a 1970s-era radical who wants to scrap Medicare. Another suggests Republican incumbent Chip Cravaack made constituents pay to attend a town meeting.
