ST. CLOUD - The weather trend for the second half of 2011 continued in December.

The December weather summary from St. Cloud State University says the mild weather ended-up producing the 10th warmest December ever in St. Cloud.  Average temperatures were 25 degrees, just over nine-degrees above normal.

We broke two records for high temperatures when we hit 47 degrees on the 18th, and 49 degrees on the 26th.

Meanwhile, the lack of precipitation continued as well.  We only had 2.8 inches of snow.  That's 7.7 inches below the normal snowfall amount of about 10 1/2 inches.
