Mary Wolf-Ludivig, 75, Cold Spring

November 21, 1939 - October 19, 2015

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, October 26, 2015 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Cold Spring, MN for Mary Wolf-Ludivig, age 75, who died Monday at Quiet Oaks Hospice House. Burial will be in the St. Boniface Parish Cemetery.

Relatives and friends may call from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., Sunday, October 25, 2015 at the Wenner Funeral Home in Cold Spring. Parish prayers will be at 4:30 p.m. Visitation will continue from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m., Monday morning in the church Narthex.

Mary was born in Richmond, MN to Anthony and Mary (Nett) Dold. She married Donald Wolf on September 10, 1960 in Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Richmond. Don and Mary had 45 wonderful years together. She married Robert Ludivig on September 21, 2012 in St. Boniface Catholic Church in Cold Spring. Bob and Mary enjoyed three very good years together. She loved fishing, playing cribbage, shopping, telling stories, traveling, snowmobiling, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of St. Boniface Parish and Christian Women.

Survivors include her husband, Bob; children, Connie (Kent) Dalzell, Carolynn (Melvin) Willenbring, David (Lynda) Wolf, Daniel Wolf, Annie (Jeff) Denn; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; step-children, Terri Gertken, Robert Jr. (Tania) Ludivig, Sherri (Troy) Gerking; 7-step-grandchildren; siblings, Donat Backes, Rita (Melvin Maglothin) Duret, Jerome (Mary Jo Garay) Dold, Jim (Liola) Dold, Ann (Len) Guggenberger and Ernie (Marcy) Dold.

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Donald Wolf (2006); brother and sister-in-law, Arthur and Rosemary Dold; brothers-in-law, Richard Duret and Alfred “Porky” Backes.
