Man Knocked Unconscious, Rescued in Lake Alexandria

MORRISON COUNTY - An Eden Prairie man was hurt while tubing up in Morrison County on Saturday.

The incident happened on Lake Alexandria just before 3:30 p.m. The Morrison County Sheriff's Office says 28-year-old Cole Johnson was riding a tube behind a boat, when he fell off and hit his head on the water.

He was knocked unconscious for a short period of time and was taken by ambulance to the hospital for unknown injuries.

Authorities say Johnson was wearing a floatation device during the incident.

The Sheriff's Office was helped at the scene by the Scandia Valley First Response Team and Gold Cross Ambulance.
