Man Arrested After Leading Police On Short Pursuit

ST. CLOUD -- Police arrested a St. Cloud man after he allegedly led them on a short chase through north St. Cloud early this morning.

An officer tried to stop 31-year-old Timothy Dennis near St. Cloud Hospital at about 2:30 a.m.

Police say Dennis led them on a chase for about a mile before pulling over in the 1100 block of 14th Street North.

Dennis faces charges of fleeing police, violation of driving restrictions related to alcohol, driving after revocation and DWI.
