ST. CLOUD - Lemonade, great food and tons of great crafts from around Central Minnesota all made up the 44th Annual Lemonade Concert and Art Fair.

The fair is organized by St. Cloud State University, in the Atwood Memorial Center Mall area. About 160 different vendors were featured at the event and organizers expected over 6,000 fair goers came out.

Hannah Nylund is Graduate Assistant at St. Cloud State and also a organizer for the event. She says the fair is an opportunity for local vendors to showcase their goods.

"It is a huge community event where we like to bring in our local artists. People are able to bring in something they are proud of and show Central Minnesota exactly what they can do."

A new addition to the fair this year was the artisan section where you can find home made soap, oils, body oils and many other goods.

Nylund says this is a great event for all of Central Minnesota.

"Having this contribution to Granite City days helps us not just show what St. Cloud State is all about but what Central Minnesota is about as well."

Every year the Lemonade Concert and Art Fair is the kick-off to St. Cloud's annual summer festival, Granite City Days.
