Lane Closures Planned for Highway 15

ST. CLOUD -- Work on the CapX 2020 project along I-94 will prompt some left lane closures tomorrow on Highway 15.

Workers will be installing a jersey barrier along Highway 15 just south of the I-94 corridor.

The work is expected to be completed by 3:00 p.m. at which time the left lanes will reopen.

The CapX 2020 project is a new high voltage powerline being installed that will connect Fargo, North Dakota to Monticello.
