Kathryn A. (Steichen) Schueller, 75, St. Cloud

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Kathryn A. (Steichen) Schueller, age 75, of St. Cloud. Kathryn passed away December 27, 2015 at St. Benedict’s Center in St. Cloud. Reverend Gerald Dalseth will officiate. Burial will take place in Assumption Cemetery in St. Cloud.
Relatives and friends may call from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday and after 9 a.m. on Thursday BOTH at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud. Parish Prayers will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the church.

Kathryn was born March 1, 1940 in Pearl Lake, MN to Alfred and Angeline (Bottema) Steichen. She worked as a Nursing Assistant at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, Assumption Nursing Home in Cold Spring and Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Sauk Rapids. She married Lawrence Schueller on September 15, 1962. She was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church and Christian Women.

Kathryn is survived by her son Greg (Cheri) Schueller of Bloominton, MN; daughter Lisa (Mike) Morrey of Rochester; her 10 grandchildren, which were the pride of her life; her sisters Agnes Notch of Sartell and Mary Ann (Clarence) Eull of St. Michael; her brothers John (Jeanette) Steichen of St. Joseph and Donald (Aggie) Steichen of Waite Park; her sister-in-law Kathy Steichen of Pearl Lake and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents, husband Lawrence (1977), daughter Jodi (2009), brother Daniel Steichen and sisters Marlys and Angeline Steichen.
