Freezing Temperatures Expected Overnight

UNDATED - Early season freezing condition are expected for much of the state tonight (Wednesday).

A Freeze Warning will be in effect for all of Central and much of Southern Minnesota from midnight until 8:00 a.m. tomorrow.

Light winds, clear skies, and below normal temperatures are expected.  Lows will be in the upper 20s to lower 30s.

A freeze warning is issued mainly during the growing season.  The below freezing temperatures could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
