Father Alfred Stangl Passes Away in St. Cloud at 77

ST. CLOUD - After 52-years in the ministry, well-known Father Alfred Stangl passed away in his St. Cloud apartment on Monday.

Stangl was 77-years-old. Reception of his body will be at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 31st, at the Cathedral of Saint Mary in St. Cloud. Visitation will be from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A vigil service will be at 7:00 p.m.

Visitation will resume Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m. until the time for the Mass of Christian Burial.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1st, at the Cathedral of Saint Mary.
