Summer Reading Program Bus Delivering Books to Children in Need [VIDEO]

Thanks to a partnership and $15,000 gift from the St. Cloud Rotary Club, LEAF was able to expand its parents and kids reading aloud together (PAKRAT) program into the summer. The program gives books to kids who lack access to them in preschool through third grade.

Teen Charged in Stabbing Death of St. Cloud Man

A 16-year-old St. Cloud boy has been charged with second degree unintentional murder. The Stearns County Attorneys Office has charged Muhiyadin Mohammed Hassan in the death of 20-year-old Davee Devose.

A New London man is dead after an apparent drowning. The Sherburne County Sheriff's Office says a city worker discovered the body of a man in Big Lake just after 6:30 a.m. this (Monday) morning.

The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for several counties in central Minnesota, including: Stearns, Benton, Sherburne and Morrison counties. The watch in is effect until 8:00 p.m. tonight (Monday). Severe weather is possible this (Monday) afternoon and evening across the area.

St. Cloud Police Officer Takes 2nd in Lifting Competition

A St. Cloud police officer has placed second in an international powerlifting competition in Finland. Thirty-six-year-old Nick Tylutki was runner-up in his weight class at the International Powerlifting Federation World Championships earlier this month.
