Legislature Approves Money For St. Cloud Preschool Program

Around $430,000 in funding for additional preschool programs will be coming to the St. Cloud area school district if Governor Dayton signs a supplemental budget bill. The new preschool sections would be put in at Talahi Community School, Discovery Community School and Westwood Elementary School.

Reporter’s Notebook: An Honor To Serve A Meal At The Ronald McDonald House

It was just a small thing, serve a meal to families who have a child who is staying in the hospital. On Saturday evening I joined a group of St. Cloud area residents and did just that at the Ronald McDonald House in Minneapolis. The Tanner's Team Foundation - a non-profit based out of Sauk Rapids - serves a meal at the Ronald McDonald house once every quarter throughout the year.
