A 32-year-old St. Cloud man has been arrested for allegedly selling marijuana. The Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force wrapped-up an eight month investigation yesterday (Wednesday) with the arrest of Samlith Khongloth at 2904 15th Street North in St. Cloud.
