CLEARWATER -- A building used by a delivery service in Clearwater was destroyed by fire Tuesday.

The Clearwater Fire Department was called to a building fire at 2314 200th Street around 4:45 p.m. Tuesday.

WJON Reporter Jen Jacobs was at the fire scene and says it happened at  Response Delivery Service.

The owner is estimating the building to be a total loss, but there is no official word yet.  The building housed a package return storage space but they also had vans in there so there was a lot of diesel fuel.

Clearwater Fire Chief Doug Nieters says there were no injuries.

Fire crews from Clear Lake, Monticello, Maple Lake, St. Augusta, and the Gold Cross were all at the scene.

The State Fire Marshall's Office is investigating.
