Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. on Friday, April 7, 2017 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Agnes M. Stock, age 92, of St. Cloud, who passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on April 4, 2017 at the Good Shepherd Community in Sauk Rapids. Burial will take place at Assumption Cemetery in St. Cloud.

Relatives and friends may call from 4-9 p.m. on Thursday, April 6 at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud. Visitation will continue after 10 a.m. on Friday at the church.

Agnes was born December 21, 1924 in Albany, MN to John and Mary (Heinen) Bloch. She married Wilfred “Bill” Stock on November 12, 1947 at Seven Dolors Catholic Church in Albany. She was a member of St. Peter’s Parish since 1952, a member of St. Peter’s Christian Women, VFW Post 428 Auxiliary, and St. Cloud Eagles Aerie 622 Auxiliary.

Agnes enjoyed playing cards and helped form a Hayward Park Women’s Card Group of which she was the longest standing member. She will be remembered for her baking, especially tea rings, which she loved to share with others. Besides having 12 children herself, she also enjoyed babysitting all her local grandchildren as well as countless others. Throughout their marriage, Agnes and Bill would attend old-time dances, and played 500 and cribbage with friends and relatives.

Agnes is survived by her children Sharon (Harold) Ramler of St. Cloud, Carol Ennenga of Fridley, Allan Stock of Las Vegas, NV, Vernon Stock of St. Cloud, Elaine (Charles) Wagner of Dayton, MN, Barbara (Mark) Dingmann of Eagan, Ronald (Bonnie) Stock of St. Cloud, Lori (Gary) Brix of Clear Lake, Ralph Stock of St. Cloud and Connie Schwinghammer of St. Cloud, 19 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, brothers and sisters Florence Petrich of Sartell, Edwin Bloch of St. Cloud, Marcella Stangler of Cold Spring, Leo (Pat) Bloch of Richmond, Rita (Richard) Huberty of Jacob’s Prairie, David Bloch of St. Augusta, Alfred (Mary) Bloch of Luxemburg, Robert (Carol) Bloch of Kimball and Patricia Colliander of St. Cloud.

Preceding her in death were her parents, husband Bill (2009), sons Roger (1982) and Gerry (2011), brothers Raymond and Norbert and sister Angeline Stangler.

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
