President Joyce Helens says they're also opening their new Health Sciences Building.

Helens says they now have three buildings on campus -- including the former Charter Communications building.

The St. Cloud Technical and Community College have had record enrollments over the past several years.  However,  Helens says she has no idea what to expect this year.

Helens says another issue is that school is starting a week earlier this year, which might have caught some potential students off guard.

The school has the highest percentage of students ever on some kind of financial assistance.

Helens says the biggest challenge for the school is that their state funding levels are currently at their 1999 levels.
