4 Local Teachers In The Running To Be Minnesota’s ‘Teacher Of The Year’
UNDATED – Four area teachers are in the running to be the next “Minnesota Teacher Of The Year”.
Education Minnesota today (Friday) announced the list of 128 candidates from the state’s public and private schools.
The four local candidates are: Lynette Faber who teaches at John Clark Elementary in the ROCORI school distirct. Anne Cameron and Amy Marie Johnson who both teach at Sauk Rapids-Rice High School. And Andrea Coulter who teaches at Clearview Elementary in the St. Cloud school district.
Over the coming weeks, a panel will narrow the list down to semi finalists, then finalists.
The 50th Teacher Of The Year will be announced on May 4th in Bloomington.
