Woman Found Dead In Trunk Identified

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - The Hennepin County medical examiner says the death of a woman whose body was found in the trunk of a towed car is a homicide.

The body of 24-year-old Klaressa Lorayne Cook, of Gainesville, Ga., was found in a Lexus towed from Brooklyn Park to Wrecker Services' lot near downtown Minneapolis last month.

The medical examiner says the cause of death has been ruled a homicide by unspecified means.

Brooklyn Park police continue to investigate.
