Winter Weather Advisory For Monday Night, Tuesday

UNDATED - The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory from 6:00 p.m. tonight (Monday) through 3:00 p.m. tomorrow (Tuesday).

Snow will arrive Monday night and bring generally 1 to 3 inches across the region.

A potent cold front will dive southeast and bring strong winds Thursday, with gusts exceeding 50 mph over western and southern Minnesota.

Blowing snow is likely to result.
