Vikings Taking Stadium Push to Local Bars
UNDATED – The Minnesota Vikings are using the hype surrounding this weekend’s Super Bowl to ramp up support for a new stadium.
The team will have “Street Teams” visiting various bars and restaurants around the state this Sunday to share stadium information, and sign-up new supporters. Locally, they’ll be at Buffalo Wild Wings and Howie’s Sports Bar & Grill in St. Cloud.
The Vikings also ask fans hosting Super Bowl parties to encourage their guests to get involved in the push for a new stadium.
