Victims of St. Paul Crash Identified

ST. PAUL (AP) – Two people were killed and two were injured after a car crashed into the back of a parked pickup truck in St. Paul.

Police say the car struck the illegally parked, unoccupied pickup at a high rate of speed about 2:30 a.m. Friday.

Police say two passengers in the back seat were killed on impact. They are identified as 28-year-old Chue Vue and 29-year-old Tou Vue, both of St. Paul. The driver and front seat passenger were injured and taken to Regions Hospital. The driver was later booked into the Ramsey County Jail on possible criminal charges.

Authorities are investigating whether the driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
