PINE CITY  (AP) - The four people who died in a crash between a pickup truck and a semi near their hometown in eastern Minnesota have been identified.

The Pine County Sheriff's Office said Thursday all four were from Askov. They include 58-year-old Arden Edwards, 21-year-old Brett Larson, 20-year-old Catherine Peterson and 17-year-old Felicity Jensen. All were in the pickup truck.

A fifth person in the pickup, a 20-year-old male, is in critical condition at a Duluth hospital. He has not been identified. The semi driver was not hurt.

Chief Deputy Steven Blackwell says the pickup turned into the path of the semi near Askov Tuesday evening.
