Two People Hurt After Crashing Into a Fire Truck on I-94
MELROSE -- An Albany woman is hurt after crashing into a fire truck this (Tuesday) afternoon.
The incident happened around 2:20 p.m. on I-94 by Milepost 133 near Melrose.
The State Patrol says a fire truck was parked on the left median of I-94, partially in the lane, responding to a previous crash when the truck was rear ended by a 2008 Pontiac Torrent.
24-year-old Leah Blood, of Albany, was the driver of the Pontiac. She suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the fire truck, 26-year-old Lucas Blonigen of Melrose, suffered minor injuries.
