Two Arrested Following Search in St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD - Two people are facing charges after a search revealed drugs in a St. Cloud house.

On Thursday, the Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force used a search warrant at 5846 Sandy Drive. During the search, officers discovered methamphetamine, marijuana, ecstasy tablets and heroin.

Arrested were 53 year-old homeowner Danny Blevins and 39 year-old Elizabeth Smetana of St. Cloud.

Both Blevins and Smetana are facing charges of 2nd degree possession of controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute, and possession of hypodermic needles.

There were 5 other people in the house at the time, but none are facing charges.
